After sixteen years of experiments, we have obtained a source of seeds with highly important traits that determine the best Blue Spruce cultivar.
BABY BLUE seedling is a slower cultivar in its first 2-3 years. It continues to grow at a year-on-year basis. However, further growth becomes similar to other Blue Spruce types. The leader is much heavier than in case of other seedlings common for Blue Spruce cultivars. Due to the fact that seedlings are characterized with good development parameters and excellent needle coloring, they do not require special forming.
